Disneyland

We finally got to see a real princess castle, however Avery didn't know that it was the first one she had seen b/c she thought that all of the hotels were princess castles thanks to Daddy and Grandpa.

Here is as close as the Gollaher family ever gets to a family photo. This was the last time we were all going to be together for 2 years and this is as good as it gets. We're gonna just have to invest in some photo shop software.

Waiting for the Jungle Cruise, look at all those serious men in front of us.

This was us waiting in line for peterpan, 45 minutes later and 5 people away from loading the dumb ride, the ride broke down. We had to redo this ride on the last day.

Too much cotton candy?


"Teacups" Dad got to go on this ride with Avery cuz mom has already experienced enough nausea just getting her to our family. Avery ran straight to the pink teacup for her and Dad what a girl.

Dumbo slowest loading ride ever but you just have to ride it. Avery ran straight to the pink dumbo of course. It's the color of choice if you haven't caught on.

Talk about sacrificing your body...I honestly don't know how they let a 2.5 year old ride this ride I had to use all my extremeties to hold her in, even with her seat belt on. I got thrown all around the place not to mention the 3 scary yettie creatures that are all a little freaky. Then again that part didn't seem to bother her while on the ride. She never cried on any of the rides and would ask to go on all of them but when we got done with this one the first thing she said was Yeah I made it! (As if she had survived) Then everytime we walked by the matterhorn she would say mommy, daddy " no mountain ride, no mountain ride"

Winnie the Pooh Ride

One of the best rides in CA "Grandpa's shoulders". After she got soaked in a bugs life Grandpa let her sit on his shoulders to watch the parade at California Adventure. Thanks Grandpa!

This was the Best moment for Avery, she absolutely loves Ariel and couldn't believe she was seeing her in real life. Avery kept petting her shiny tale and staring at her speechless. We could hardly get her to turn around for this picture. Everything in Avery's life right now revolves around Ariel. I'd say she's her best friend right now.

Grandpa and Grandma got to meet Tigger with Avery and Braden while the rest of us went on splash mountain.

We waited to see 3 princesses for almost 2 hours. Nothing else in the park was really over a 20 minute wait but it was so worth it to Avery. She got to see Mulan, Snow White (also knows as Sleeping White), and Belle, unfortunately the other pictures didn't turn out as well.

And last Sully from Monsters Inc. Another favorite we saw him at California Adventure along with Cinderella, Alice, and the Incredibles. This was such a fun trip with "all" the fam.
